  • Minimum Order Values 
    • Each order (per delivery location): $600 
    • Customized hampers & gift packs: $6,000 
  • Delivery Arrangements & Charges 
    • Major commercial address: Free 
    • Residential address: $120 
    • Remote area (outlying islands, village houses, walled villages, etc.): $250 
    • If delivery cannot be made due to inaccurate delivery information or the recipient’s absence, it can be arranged again with additional charges 
    • Deliveries at designated dates or times cannot be catered 
  • Order lead time: 10-14 working days. Some require longer lead time which will be communicated upon order confirmation
  • Out-of-stock products and packaging materials will be substituted by items of the same value without prior notice 
  • Some products are perishable and may be damaged during delivery, additional charges may incur for replacement or additional delivery 
  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled, all products and orders are not exchangeable nor refundable 
  • While stocks last
