Minimum Order Values
- Each order (per delivery location): $600
- Customized hampers & gift packs: $6,000
Delivery Arrangements & Charges
- Major commercial address: Free
- Residential address: $120
- Remote area (outlying islands, village houses, walled villages, etc.): $250
- If delivery cannot be made due to inaccurate delivery information or the recipient’s absence, it can be arranged again with additional charges
- Deliveries at designated dates or times cannot be catered

Order lead time: 10-14 working days. Some require longer lead time which will be communicated upon order confirmation
Out-of-stock products and packaging materials will be substituted by items of the same value without prior notice
Some products are perishable and may be damaged during delivery, additional charges may incur for replacement or additional delivery
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled, all products and orders are not exchangeable nor refundable
